Abstract

Pancreatic diseases, especially the most widely recognized type, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, are exceptionally difficult to treat and mostly detected just at a phase with no reversible possibility for medical treatment, which is the main therapeutic remedy. The best treatment for pancreatic malignancy relies upon how far it has spread, or its stage. The hospitals which are listed as the best for the treatment of pancreatic cancer, specifically, are mostly found in European Union (EU) Countries, especially in Germany, due to the companies owned capable of manufacturing technologically advanced diagnostic and treatment devices at low cost facilitating the trade of these devices by hospitals. In this study, best ten hospitals founded in EU countries superior in pancreatic cancer diagnosis and treatment were selected and the necessary hospital profile was provided for each from their websites. These data were then placed in a Fuzzy Rule-Based Model ranking the hospitals in increasing effectiveness for the treatment of pancreatic cancer providing a valuable guide for the patients.
