Abstract

One of the most effective methods in information systems management is a multi-agent approach and its implementation in distributed structures, especially in the control under uncertainty. In the article is shown the basic concepts that make it possible to create multi-agents control systems at various levels and purposes, first of all this concerns an organizational and technological (technical) systems, basic terms and concepts which need clarification allowing to the system’s feature, such as common approach to technological complex and enterprises in general, which have different structures and the nature of the solved problems.
