Abstract

Stimulating and managing innovation in product/service development is a 21st century global challenge that applies to executives and staff in business operations, engineering, marketing, and design in the US, as well as in Europe, India, and China. The Innovation Machine project of 2012 developed effective ways to foster a shift to individuals, using information and persuasion design to change people's behavior in the short- and in the long-term. This paper explains the development of its user interface. © 2013 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
