With the introduction of Devops, there has been lot of research on how to stabilize the cloud for better support and define the characteristics of the environments surrounding them. The hybrid cloud presents the challenge of creating a framework which can formalize build deployment activities with minimal errors. This paper will focus on delivering the concepts of a stable framework with ability to handle product landscapes for variable environments. We will also present the approach to realize the concept of standardization by defining rules for automated healing. Lifecycle of any deployment relies heavily on support and virtual environment performance along with developmental improvements. The framework would define the life cycle of the jobs and the parameters that affect the hardware level performance and intelligently provision resources for optimal usage.
