Abstract

This interview with Dr. Keith Sawyer, the Morgan Distinguished Professor in Educational Innovations at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, explores the possibilities for creativity and diversity in the corporate workplace. Such collaborative innovation debunks the traditional structure of the corporation. Interviewer Dr. Mark Laver guides the conversation through the hurdles that pose an obstruction to this optimistic outlook. Drs.
