Acute pancreatitis is rarely observed during pregnancy; but it is connected with high mortality rate for the mother and fetus and deserves special attention. We present two clinical cases of hyperlipidemia during pregnancy, as in one of the cases hyperlipidemia induced acute pancreatitis. The outcomes in presented cases were favorable for the pregnant women and their fetuses.
