Abstract

We present in this paper the results of our study concerning the application of some techniques from complex system field (multiscale) in e-learning research. The motivation for this innovative inquiry is that we still think that complex problems related to e-learning remain in components, when they are usually in the relationships between them. We demonstrate how a complex system perspective to e-learning is promising to bring a solution for this problem. © Springer Science+Business Media B.V. 2008.
