Abstract

Angela Merkel has been one of the most powerful women leaders in the last fifteen years. She is the first woman Chancellor in German history with an Eastern German background. There is no doubt that she has been not only the leader of Germany but also a leader of European Union. Her leadership become a new phenomenon. This chapter will seek to analyze Angela Merkel's foreign policy making from a chaos theory perspective until the Eurocrisis broke out.
