Abstract

This article provides a short checklist for administrators responsible for provision of facilities and supporting services. The importance of practicing, setting priorities such as lists of persons on call, good communications, and continuous, positive review of procedures are emphasized. It is essential that the subject of planning for disaster has regular review to ensure that those who need to take emergency action are fully familiar with the detailed plans.
