Abstract

This research aims to determine if the technical training policies proposed by the Ecuadorian government after the adoption of the methodological model of productivity and systematic competition (which originated in the German Institute of Development), were correctly distributed and implemented in one of the prioritized industries: the textile and clothing industry.
