This study examines the relationship between organizational structure, organizational culture, leadership, and technology transfer ability on corporate entrepreneurship as an operational activity in IT sector organizations in India. These factors have been identified from the earlier literature. Various factors taken from the literature have been tested to confirm the relationship. The current study will determine whether this relationship is valid in the IT sector. Technology transfer ability, technology strategy, organizational structure, and organizational culture have an impact on corporate entrepreneurship in the IT sector. The relationship between classes has been investigated by regression analysis with statistical methods. Using descriptive statistics and regression analysis and developing structural equation model based on the factors. It has been found that a positive relationship exists between technology transfer ability, organizational structure, organizational culture, and corporate entrepreneurship in the IT sector, which means that all factors can impact this relationship. Recently, many countries have embraced the concept of self-sustaining growth and transformed themselves into knowledge economies. The IT sector is an organization that produces products/services related to information technologies, such as software applications, telecommunications services, computer hardware, and electronic business systems.
