Technology transfer ability, technology strategy, organizational structure, and organizational culture have an impact on corporate entrepreneurship in the IT sector. The relationship between classes has been investigated by regression analysis with statistical methods. Using descriptive statistics and regression analysis and developing structural equation model based on the factors.
