A 72-year-old male with a history of aortic sinus of valsalva rupture and repair 30 years prior presents with palpitations. The patient reports having symptoms of shortness of breath and fatigue with palpitations. He is currently taking only aspirin. He has had cardioversions in the past for this arrhythmia and would like to consider ablation. He does not want to take anti-arrhythmic medications. © Springer-Verlag London Limited 2011.
