Abstract

The sequence of the 3'-terminal 565 nucleotides of yellow fever virus has been determined from a cloned cDNA. Several structures are detectable: three tandemly repeated sequences, a series of inverted repeats and a stable secondary structure involving the 3'-terminal 120 nucleotides. © 1985.
