Abstract

Hoyt suggests that Cess's conclusion that 'cloud amount does not appear to be a significant feedback mechanism, either globally or zonally' is dependant upon the accuracy and validity of the cloud cover climatologists used, and the conclusion would be modified if Cess had used satellite cloud cover data. Cess does not agree. - F. H. W. Green English
