Optymizm przedsiębiorców a ich postawy wobec zmian

Abstract

The article presents the research results related to the entrepreneurial attitudes toward organizational change. The aim of the research was to verify the hypothesis that the entrepreneurs' optimism affects the openness and motivation to implementation of changes in their organizations. The group of Tricity entrepreneurs were tested by Positive Orientation Scale and adaptation of Attitudes to Organizational Change Scale. The statistic analysis confirm the correlation between optimism level and cognitive, affective and behavioral elements of entrepreneurs attitudes to change.
