Abstract

Conflicts are one of the most frequent factors that undermine success of construction projects. Therefore, it is important to recognize and predict the most probable causes of disputes that might arise during the project completion in order to make adequate plans and prepare procedures for their prevention and management. This paper provides comparative analysis of causes of conflicts in construction project in Libya and Serbia, performed in order to identify global and local aspects that should be takent into account within the risk analysis and management.
