Abstract

In this paper, we introduce the basic idea of a multi-car elevator safety verification based on an paraconsistent annotated logic program called EVALPSN with taking a three-car/shaft elevator system as an example for the safety verification. The EVALPSN based multi-car elevator safety verification system is constructed by formalizing the system safety properties to be secured in EVALPSN. © 2011 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
