Abstract

A 50‐year‐old man with Klinefelter's syndrome developed 6 histologically distinct tumors in sequence; five were considered to be malignant neoplasms. Others have reported an association between this syndrome and the development of neoplasms, especially cancer of the breast. The hormonal and genetic factors characteristic of patients with Klinefelter's syndrome may be important in the genesis of cancer. Copyright © 1971 American Cancer Society
