Organizational Structure Simple Model in The Framework of Bureaucracy Simplication

Abstract

This research aims to find simplification organizational structure model based on the characteristic of task and functions of government affairs. This research was conduct in 5 province using purposive sampling technique. The Data Collection was carried out trough documentation studies, filling the questionnaire, and interviews. The data that has been collected, then analysed by organizational model based on government affairs and local characteristics. The finding show: the implementation of government afairs is include in Grup I (2 sections/sub-sectors and 3 subsections) namely: peace, public order, and community protection, and transportation (island). Group II (2 sections/sub-sectors and 1 subsections) namely: health, and labor. Group III (2 subsections without sub sector) namely: community and village empowerment, marine and fisheries, trade, and energy and mineral resources. Group IV (1 subsections without sub sector) namely: environment, and land.
