Abstract

Important quantities of normative dispositions on the legal texts have an open texture that produces legitimate differences. This open texture is the result of the ambiguity, vague, loophole, contradictions of the legal language or diverse ideological lectures permitted by its own texts. To overcome these differences the theory of legal Argumentation is presented. In the essay it is justified and exemplified why we come to this argument this and what for. © 2012.
