Abstract

After publication of this article [1], the authors reported that various author (text) corrections have been carried out in the web version, but not in the pdf, e.g., ▪ Table 2 does not have appropriate indentations; ▪ Table 3 is hard to read due to poor formatting; ▪ in Table 2 and elsewhere, GLBTTQ should be LGBTQTS and Latino is to be Latino/a/x; ▪ in Table 2: African-American/Black should be Black/African American; ▪ and some minor text corrections. The original article [1] has been updated.
