Abstract

New Brunswick Scientific has introduced a benchtop cell culture bioreactorthat combines the benefits of single-use technology with the trustedperformance and true scalability of a stirred-tank design. CelliGen™BLU eliminates the need for autoclaving and cleaning, reduces validationrequirements, provides rapid turnaround between runs, minimizes startupcosts and significantly reduces the risk of contamination becausethe vessel is used once and then discarded. A compact controllerenablesadvanced process management for research or manufacturing.
