Abstract

Basing on operation principle of ultrasonic detection of gas concentration and analyzing the shortcomings of the previous design, it proposes a new program basing on MCU and complex programmable logic device (CPLD). The accuracy of measurement is increased through the phase measurement and temperature compensation. In the end, it gives the main results of the experiment. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
