Abstract

This articleintends todisseminatethe IslamiccriminallawinIndonesiain several ways: there are changingthe constitution, changing thenationallegal systembecamethe Islamic Law, Islamisationof national law, expandingReligious Court competencies, incorporating Islamiclawelementsof Jinayat inthe National Law, andmaximization of Regionalregulationbecame Islamic law. IslamicCriminal Law(jinayat) isnot developedby Indonesian jurists.
