Abstract

Social Network Site has been one of the fastest growing and popular applications in the Internet. People use SNS to maintain and enhance relationships with others. How they use SNS should be affected by how they evaluate social relationships with others, which is affected by individual attachment style. This study examined the impacts of individual attachment style on self-disclosure and user behavior in Facebook. The results of an online survey showed individual attachment style affects their posting and responding behaviors, willingness for self-disclosure also affected users posting, responding, and openness of their behavior.
