Abstract

A multiscale virtual reality approach to chemical experiments has been implemented using VRML, CML and Java technologies. Three case studies of increasing difficulty are examined to the end of dealing with different combinations of human and molecular scale virtual reality approaches. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2003.
