Data mining techniques in customer relationship management (CRM) has a very important role in the process, it is an important means of gaining and maintaining customer information, and improving customer value. This paper expounds the concept of customer relationship management and the process of data mining, analysis business value of data mining in customer relationship management, make clearly the importance of data mining in customer relationship management, and apply it to customer relationship management system of some mobile subsidiary company. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
