This research considers fundamental characteris- tics of human capital within digital economy, relevant methods of interaction with staff and ways of human resources management which imply the use of modern technologies. This work provides evolutionary table of human management concepts, various methods of collectives forming through selecting personnel in modern ways, involving new software that is able to increase the efficiency of the employees. The role of elder generation is touched upon in the general concept of professional collective. This work touches upon the issue of employees» poor motiva- tion and the ways of increasing it.
