Constructing various type of teaching aids based on games needs creativities especially those related to science process skills i.e. compare and contrast, and observing. Non-limited creativities in mini-projects run by pre-service teachers of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, have successfully created compilation of game-based Plant Biodiversity of Malaysia through digital games. Modified creativity rubric based on Buzan and TRIZ were used to evaluate creativities in the developed games. The pre-service teachers show medium high creativity in developing games based on free software. Simple ideas in incorporating content of plant diversity in the game platform will encourage teachers to produce more teaching aids in future.
