Abstract

Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) is a common urologic surgery for large renal stone and staghorn stone. In this article, we summa­rized the tips and tricks of ultrasound-guided puncture PCNL from experienced endourolo­gists covering the diagnostic or therapeutic use. We also discussed about the difference guided methods’ and dilation methods’ pros and cons.
