Abstract

Business communication is the term used to designate communication that is supported by information and communication technology, between employees in a company and in company networks. A great diversity of technologies is available, from telephone, fax, e-mail and messaging services to portal solutions, unified communications and collaboration systems. © 2009 Springer Berlin Heidelberg.
