The coastal environment is a specific area, dynamic, rich in biodiversity and many benefits to the community. This coastal environment is very potential to be developed both as a tourist area, culture, agriculture, mining, fishery and natural laboratory for scientific interest, in fact many sanitation managers face various problems and constraints so they cann't provide good service in accordance with technical provisions and expectations Community. Here there is often pollution due to poor management resulting in various problems of pollution during the implementation of technical activities handling waste. This study is aimed the result of the research, it is found that the weight composition of oranik in coastal tourism area is 78,17% is leaves, 19,87% waste of restaurant waste. The composition of volume of organic waste in coastal tourism area is 63,26% are leaves, 33,27% waste of restaurant waste.
