Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi stimulasi kecerdasan majemuk (multiple intelligences) melalui pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach) untuk Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RA Al Husna Yogyakarta. Sedangakan yang menjadi subyek penelitian ini adalah guru dan anak didik dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penelitian ini seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan melalui tiga tahapan. Tahapan tersebut meliputi reduksi data, mendisplay data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach) yang di implementasikan dengan  5 tahapan yaitu mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, menalar dan mengkomunikasikan. Tahapan-tahapan ini dapat menstimulasi kecerdasan majemuk (multiple intelligences) anak. Kecerdasan majemuk (multiple intelligences) anak yang distimulus  ada 9 sebagai berikut linguistik, matematis-logis, visual spasial, kinestetik, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalis, ekstensial/spiritual. Sehingga implementasi pendekatan saintifik (scientific approach) dari 5 tahapan tersebut dapat menstimulus 9 kecerdasan majemuk (multiple intelligences) anak di RA Al Husna Yogyakarta. Kata kunci: stimulus, kecerdasan majemuk, pendekatan saintifik Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of multiple intelligence stimulation through a scientific approach for Early Childhood. This study used qualitative research methods. This research was conducted at RA Al Husna Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, the subjects of this study were teachers and students and the data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used by going through three stages. These stages include data reduction, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is a scientific approach which is implemented in 5 stages, namely observing, asking, gathering information, reasoning and communicating. These stages can stimulate children's multiple intelligences. There are 9 multiple intelligences stimulated in children as follows: linguistic, mathematical-logical, visual-spatial, kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalist, extensional/spiritual. So that the implementation of the scientific approach of the 5 stages can stimulate 9 multiple intelligences of children at RA Al Husna Yogyakarta.
