On this basis, listing the current definition about the fourth party logistics at home and abroad, describing its characteristics, operation mode at the same time. Do analysis about the relationship between the third party logistics and fourth party logistics after elaborating the current situation of the development of fourth party logistics, put forward reasonable suggestions for its future development direction.
