Abstract

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the peculiarities of the application of human resource economic analysis within a digital economy and reason the directions of use of the results obtained. Methodology. We propose the principle of consistency as the key one since the objects of economic analysis should be considered with regard to their full scope, scientific character of analysis tools, impersonal nature of the information, and purpose orientation. In this respect, the economic analysis of human resources is considered as a systemic economic analysis. We reason that the most critical functions of the economic analysis of human resources are the assessment of their status and development forecasting. We prepared tools to assess the integration of results on human resource status at different administrative levels. We recommend an algorithm for the impact of economic digitalization on the transformation of human resources. Results. We revealed the leading causes of the transformation of human resources from the synthesis of the results of economic analysis. Recommendations. We advise using the results of economic analysis for the current assessment and scenario forecasting of human resources at all administrative levels.
