Abstract

Blockchain Technology is one of the most disruptive technologies of present days. This technology eliminates the need of central controlling authority. It provides the decentralized authentication, integrity check of submitted records and ensures the trust over the network. Due to long execution time of Blockchain records, overall throughput of Blockchain network gets affected badly. In this paper, we analyzed the Caliper Hyperledger tool and analyzed the performance of the Blockchain network in various scenarios. We discussed various key parameters which affect the Blockchain performance and finally, we proposed various guidelines for optimizing the Blockchain performance.
