Abstract

Roads and bridges are the basic guarantee for a country’s social and economic development, and a manifestation of technological progress. In the long-term activities of transforming nature, ancient ancestors of the Chinese gave full play to their talents, overcame all difficulties, carved out paths in mountains and built bridges across waters, writing a distinctive chapter.
