Quantização da carga elementar pela análise de ruído elétrico

Abstract

A experimental set-up of a simple, low-cost, method to estimate the electron charge from the electric noise theory of a semiconductor junction is presented in this paper. The methodological approach allows to conclude that the experiment is useful as a teaching tool for modern university physics labs for the benefit of courses that employ electrical circuits developmental technologies, research in fundamental applied physics and teaching of the nature of electrical current in order to quantify the elementary charge. © by the Sociedade Brasileira de Física.
