Abstract

The objective of this paper is to present a proposal for the creation of an online business consulting business plan, through a collaborative platform called LexDoBusiness. The literature review concluded that a business project must address several issues, namely: digital transformation, business plan and model, E-Commerce, E-Business and M-Business, marketing mix, digital marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and Content Management Systems. The value proposition must be the most appropriate for each of the customer segments, thus distinguishing itself from the competition. The research work is intended to assess the acceptability of a business model of the LexDoBusiness web platform, which brings together several services essential to its success, such as legal, accounting, accounting, fiscal, and technology services. Regarding the research methodology, Design Science Research was chosen because it is considered the most appropriate for this project, which will have external secondary data collection present in the INE and PORDATA platforms, as well as primary data collection through a semi-structured survey addressed to clients of a network of lawyers.
