Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To determine the effectiveness of vitamin D supplementation of infants for improving bone mineral density in infancy, childhood or adulthood. To determine if any effect of vitamin D supplementation varies by baseline vitamin D status, sex, or the type or dose of vitamin D given.
