Abstract

In (Hlel et al. 2016), we have presented an extension of OWL2 meta-model, called Probabilistic Ontology Definition Meta-model (PODM), for representing the fundamental elements of probabilistic ontologies (POs). Indeed, we have presented a list of new probabilistic components which allow representing the probabilistic basic elements of a domain of interest. PODM can be used by users for creating probabilistic ontologies of complex domains. In this article, we will present how we can construct probabilistic ontologies based on this meta-model.
