Abstract

The work that is proposed in the follow-ing lines, starts from the inference that there is a direct link between human rights violations, the obligation to repair the damage and compliance with international judicial decisions that order such reparation, since the sentence itself and its effective compliance constitutes a form of reparation for victims of human rights violations.
