Abstract

The clinical features in psoriatic arthritis straddle the divide between rheumatoid arthritis on the one hand and spondyloarthropathy on the other. The paper by Kruithof and colleagues compares synovial immunohistologic features and clearly identifies psoriatic arthritis as being a member of the spondyloarthropathy family. © 2005 BioMed Central Ltd.
