A general outlook to the transformational leadership practices of school administrators in turkey in the light of present research findings

Abstract

Changes currently being experienced in every field have been effective in administrational activities as well and leadership approaches too revised to comply with such changes and hence, new and diverse forms of leadership styles have emerged. Visionary Leadership, Quantum Leadership, Cultural Leadership and Transformational Leadership are some of such leadership styles.
