Abstract

There are many studies which have arrived at the conclusion that simulation based technology makes a positive impact on learning process. This type of learning ensures active participation and leads to innovative solutions to problems. This study investigates the implementation of simulation based technology with the content in English on the course "Safety Training" for managers of different organizations. The results indicate that using simulation based technology appeared to be a useful tool for creating virtual-reality blended environment and promoting autonomous education. The proposed technology can be used for training and education in a variety of health care situations.
