The current-voltage performance of a membrane-less Hydrogen Bromine Laminar Flow Battery is examined in the context of numerical and analytic models. A numerical finite element model of the system has been constructed and examined in order to better understand the potential and limitations of this system. An analytic description of the system has also been derived and solved to provide a broadly applicable, computationally inexpensive tool that is can be used to understand and optimize the performance of a wide range of membrane-less laminar flow electrochemical cells.
