Lower extremity length discrepancies outlines the natural history of specific disorders leading to discrepancies, negative sequelae of discrepancies, methods projecting eventual discrepancies at skeletal maturity, developmental patterns of discrepancies, and techniques and timing for shortening, lengthening, and bone bridge resection.
