Abstract

Carrying on the analysis to the cause of casing failure based on engineering factors and geological factors, and choosing the improved analytic hierarchy process to have a quantitative study for oilfield of the casing failure, improved the influence of quantitative study to casing failure when subjective factors been existent, it's extremely effective to determine the weights of each affecting factor. Establishing the analytical model of casing failure based on the improved ahp analysis, and analyzing the casing failure situation quantitativly, then comparing to the actual damage datas, the accuracy rate is above 85%, which shows that it can be effectivly evaluated to casing failure by this method. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
