This study aims to describe the characteristics of the evaluation of learning based on Islamic morals, logical thinking and leadership in Nature School "Sekolah Alam Indonesia (SAI) Palembang". The method used in this research is a naturalistic case study using descriptive qualitative approach moethod. The research subjects consisted of principals, teachers, and all of students SAI Palembang. The Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, literature study and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the evaluation of science learning in Sekolah Alam based on Islamic morals, logical thinking, and leadership consisted of planning, implementation, data analysis, monitoring, and reporting the evaluation results.. Evaluation in science learning to measures aspects of knowledge by using written and practical tests; social attitude using teacher observations, spiritual attitude assessment using "daily practice monitoring" by parents; and skills using practical or performance appraisals. Furthermore, the results of student assessments can be in the form of portfolios, narrative report cards, and subject report cards.
