Following publication of the original article [1], the authors flagged the following two concerns: Affiliation 3 should read as follows: Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Seoul Veterans Hospital, 53, Jinhwangdo-ro 61-gil, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, 05368, Republic of Korea. The total number of patients should be 4,500, not 4,453. The published article has since been updated to correct for these errors.
